Home Credit Philippines invites high-potential graduates to join the H.Y.P.E. Management Trainee Track, a premier leadership development program designed to fast-track future business leaders through rotations, mentorship, and targeted learning interventions.

You’ll participate in structured rotations across key units, deliver an IALP from ideation to execution, and join a comprehensive development journey including training, coaching, and hands-on experiences. Hybrid work setup offered.

Qualifications

• At least 4 year Bachelor's Degree from a reputable University, preferable business management or related field to target functions: eg. Marketing, Data Analysis, HR, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Procurement, Project Management, IT, Computer Science, Sales, Business Dev, etc.
• Not more than 1 year of work experience
• Strong leadership potential, problem solving ability and business acumen
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High adaptability, intellectual curiosity, emotional intelligence and proactive mindset

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured rotational assignments across key business units to gain a holistic understanding of business operations and develop enterprise-wide perspective.
• Contribute actively to team discussions, planning activities and cross functional initiatives that support organizational goals and priorities.
• Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders on strategic projects that address business challenges and drive organizational performance.
• Lead and deliver an Individual Action Learning Project (IALP) from ideation through execution, generating measurable business impact and actionable outcomes.
• Engage in a comprehensive development journey that includes classroom training, leadership mentoring, coaching and hands-on learning experiences.
• Analyze business process, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Build strong relationships across teams and functions to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Demonstrate continuous learning, adaptability and leadership potential throughout the program.
• Successfully meet program milestones and performance expectations to prepare for placement into critical business roles upon completion of the program.
