About the role

A Guidewire Policy Center Developer who will play an important role in automating various business tasks. This role will make use of solid analytical and technical skills and strong project management skills. The individual will analyze data, develop recommendations, and provide business insights. The developer will be required to code both individually and as a part of a team to achieve the MVP of their assigned projects.

About you

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 5 years of relevant experience OR Master's with 3 years
• Hands-on experience with Guidewire Policy Center development
• Proficiency in Java/C#, Gosu, XML
• Strong understanding of Guidewire Data Model
• Guidewire Certifications (Professional/ACE preferred)
• Experience in BI, data warehousing, enterprise integration, and impact analysis
• Familiarity with management reporting and decision-support systems
