Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient check-in/out while maintaining accurate guest records.
• Maintain and update guest history and marketing database.
• Handle master folios, key management, and security compliance.
• Coordinate with Bell Service for smooth luggage handling and transport.
• Upsell rooms, outlets, and hotel facilities.
• Manage guest inquiries and ensure seamless service delivery.
• Provide business center assistance and amend guest booking preferences.
• Knowledgeable about airline frequent flyer programs and hotel services.
• Offer directions and recommendations for local attractions and services.
• Perform cashier functions, balance shift transactions, and handle foreign exchange.
• Process guest charges, maintain float funds, and ensure billing accuracy.
• Adhere to financial policies and cashiering procedures.
• Address guest complaints and elevate unresolved issues to supervisors.
• Maintain strong coordination between Front Office and other hotel departments.
• Comply with hotel policies and assist with reservations.
• Handle telephone operations and manage guest records.
• Ensure the security of hotel funds and properties.
• Attend briefings, training, and perform other assigned duties.
