Westside Resort is seeking a Guest Laundry Manager to lead all production functions and steer strategic planning, resource planning and direction setting for laundry operations, ensuring high quality handling of guest items through collection, receiving, sorting, mending, washing, drying, pressing, folding and packing.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years minimum operations and personnel experience in Guest Laundry and Valet services or Hospitality industries.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for production functions and leadership in guest laundry operations.
• Plan resources and direct productivity and factory operations including washing, drying, pressing, folding and packing of guest items.

The Guest Laundry Manager is responsible and accountable for all production functions and for the leadership, strategic planning, resource planning and direction setting in respect of productivity and factory operations including but not limited to the collection, receiving, sorting, mending/repairing, washing, drying, pressing, folding, packing of Guest items processed in the production and related processes.

Qualifications

• At least High School graduate
• 5 years minimum operations and personnel experience in Guest Laundry and Valet services or Hospitality services industries with a proven track record in quality, accuracy and attention to detail
