Job summary

Conti's Specialty Foods, Inc. is looking for a Customer Service Assistant - Restaurant Operations to provide timely, professional support to guests through phone, chat, email and other channels.

You will be the central contact between customers and restaurant branches, handling inquiries, reservations, orders, and feedback to ensure a positive dining experience. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Must have or be pursuing a degree; fresh graduates welcomed.
• Strong communication and listening skills are essential.
• Ability to handle inquiries via phone, chat, email, and other channels.
• Customer-focused with problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls, messages, emails, and inquiries regarding restaurant products and services.
• Provide accurate and courteous responses in line with customer service standards.
• Assist customers with reservations, order inquiries, delivery concerns, and special requests.
• Maintain professional, friendly, and customer-oriented interactions.
• Record compliments, complaints, and feedback in the tracking system.
• Coordinate with restaurant branches on orders, availability, delays, and issues.
• Prepare and maintain records of customer interactions and resolutions.
