• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and process transactions using the POS system.
• Handle cash, card, and electronic payments accurately and securely.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company recipes, portioning, quality, and presentation standards.
• Assist in food preparation, including portioning, assembling, cooking, packaging, and proper storage of food items.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining, kitchen, counter, and other assigned work areas.
• Clean and properly maintain utensils, tools, equipment, and workstations.
• Follow food safety, personal hygiene, sanitation, and proper food-handling procedures at all times.
• Monitor and replenish stocks and supplies needed for daily operations.
• Address basic customer concerns professionally and elevate complaints or operational issues to the Supervisor or Restaurant Manager when necessary.
• Perform opening, operating, and closing duties according to established store procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members and support different stations as needed to maintain smooth store operations.
• Support the achievement of store sales, service, quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Perform other restaurant operational duties assigned by the Restaurant Supervisor or Restaurant Manager.
