Formación

• Must be able to walk and stand during entire shift.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure every guest feels cared for, valued, and respected.
• Escort customers to accommodations.
• Greet customers immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome.
• Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.
• Direct and instruct dining room personnel on customer needs.
• Answer incoming calls to the restaurant and provide appropriate service.
• Help staff by setting and clearing tables.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results.
