Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality guest assistance and ensure needs are met promptly.
• Coordinate with frontline teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Collect guest feedback and report insights for service improvements.
• Manage resources and ensure tools and equipment are available and functioning.
• Adhere to safety and service standards; conduct staff training on protocols.
• Promote digital tools such as the Pranaam App to enhance service efficiency.
