Job summary

Celebrity Cruises is seeking a Pre-Cruise Service Agent to join its Global Contact Center. You will assist direct guests and travel partners, provide accurate information on products, pricing, promotions, redeployments, charters, and manage bookings with a focus on elevated hospitality.

You will handle inquiries via phone and email, quote prices, upsell onboard products, and coordinate with other departments to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum six months of contact center experience; sales experience preferred.
• Fluent in English; bilingual (Spanish or French) highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with guests and travel partners, providing accurate information on products, pricing, promotions and services.
• Process changes, payments, and reservations while researching special requests.
• Quote prices, upsell products, and secure new bookings including pre/post packages.
• Maintain accurate reservation history across multiple systems and databases.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve non-routine issues and ensure guest satisfaction.
