Job summary

Disney Philippines is seeking an Intern for Growth & Retention Marketing to support campaigns for Disney+. The role is office-based in Taguig City and runs January to June 2027, full-time, 9am-6pm.

The intern will assist in planning, executing, and optimizing lifecycle campaigns across email, push, and in-app channels, with a focus on acquisition, engagement, retention, and CLV. Fluency in English and Tagalog is preferred.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a marketing-related field.
• Strong written and spoken English and Tagalog.
• Good organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Creative, proactive, and able to work in a team.
• Analytical and numerical abilities are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing Disney+ Lifecycle & Retention campaigns across email, push, and in-app channels.
• Help develop a marketing calendar with the team.
• Coordinate with creative teams to obtain assets for campaigns.
• Support briefing of creative agencies on copy angles.
• Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Support automation ideation and rollout with regional lifecycle leads.
