Job summary

The Walt Disney Company Philippines, Inc is seeking a Growth & Retention Marketing Intern for Disney+ in Taguig. This office-based role supports the lifecycle and retention team to drive customer engagement and lifetime value while learning from a high-impact marketing group.

You will collaborate with internal teams, coordinate a marketing calendar, and assist with creative assets, agency briefs, and testing to generate actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor's degree
• Still an undergraduate and not yet graduated during the internship period
• Must be available for full-time internship commitment (Mon–Fri, 9am-6pm) between January to June 2027
• Must be available to work on-site throughout the full period of internship
• Pursuing Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Communications, Media, Business or related field

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute marketing campaigns across channels
• Assist with planning and development of a marketing calendar
• Coordinate with creative teams to source assets for campaigns
• Brief creative agency on copy angles and concepts
• Deliver test-and-learn scenarios to drive insights for optimization
• Analyze campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities
• Support lifecycle efforts to drive engagement and retention metrics
• Contribute to ideation for on-site and regional campaigns
