The Walt Disney Company Philippines, Inc in Taguig invites a Product & Graphic Design Intern to assist the Philippine Product Design team in achieving design goals and delivering inspiring work.

Responsibilities include design research, mood boards, asset creation, and presentation layout, with collaboration across creative and commercial teams. Open to undergraduates in design fields with strong English and portfolio.

Formación

• Undergraduate pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Media Art, Design, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Product/Industrial Design or related field.
• Proficient in design and presentation tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, After Effects, 3D modelling software, Keynote.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Interest in Disney, Pixar, Star Wars and Marvel a plus; strong eye for aesthetics.

About the Role

The Product & Graphic Design Intern would lend creative support to the Philippines Product Design team to meet and surpass the product design objectives.

Responsibilities

• Product Design and Research
• Market and Consumer Research: track global and local market trends, with key focus on Gen Z and Alpha.
• Build mood boards: Support in creating inspiration boards for upcoming seasonal collections/projects
• Driving Innovation: Actively contributes in brainstorm sessions and shares new concepts and ideas with the PD creative team
• Creative/Graphic Design
• Generate assets: occasionally asked to create new illustrations and graphics inspired by official assets. This may cover character art, poses, branding and similar designs
• Draft presentation layout: provide fresh and new ideas in making presentation decks
• Overall Think creatively to produce new concepts/ideas, while working with available assets
• Liaise with other creative members and commercial team to learn synergy for building the consumer product business.

Internship Requirements

• Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor's degree
• Still an undergraduate and not yet graduated during the internship period
• Must be available for full-time internship commitment (Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm) between January to June 2027 Indicate your internship availability (start and end date) in your resume

Requirements

• Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor's degree in Media Art, Design Art, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Product/Industrial Design, or a related field
• Proficient in relevant design and presentation program and tools such as: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, After Effects, 3D modelling softwares, Keynote.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Knowledge or interest in Illustrations, 3D, Video Editing is a plus
• Interest or fan mentality for Disney, Pixar, Star Wars and Marvel
• A keen eye for aesthetics, color, style, forms and trends plus a strong attention to detail
• Creative, capable of bringing forth ideas and concepts that contribute to our product development and overall projects.
• Passionate team player with a never-ending curiosity
• Strong team player; possesses good interpersonal skills with a high level of enthusiasm in collaborating in cross functional teams
• Ability to adapt quickly to a constantly evolving organizations, and to thrive in a fast-paced working environment
