Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics) is an advantage.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Familiarity with social media management and content creation.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and online advertising.
• Proficient in MS Office and Canva or similar design tools.
• Detail-oriented, creative, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email and search.
• Support paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to boost reach and conversions.
• Maintain and update website and landing pages.
• Create marketing materials such as brochures and posts.
• Coordinate with designers and internal teams for creatives and campaign assets.
• Manage daily social posting and monitor engagement across platforms.
• Respond to inquiries and messages professionally.
• Track trends and suggest content improvements.
• Monitor campaigns with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on traffic, leads, conversions, engagement.
• Analyze data to improve ROI and strategies.
• Support lead generation and maintain CRM databases.
• Coordinate with departments and partners for campaigns.
• Assist in organizing events, webinars, and promotions.
