Job summary

HRINTERNATIONAL INC. in Manila seeks a Marketing Associate to support the marketing team in developing presentations, campaigns, and materials to promote services and maximize profits. You will liaise with managers to coordinate tasks and projects.

You will contact school administrators or other decision makers to craft strategic plans, review sales performance, and plan promotions across print, online, and direct mail. Strong English and copywriting are essential.

Responsibilities

Develop, design, update, and enhance presentations and marketing materials to promote company services.
Contact, meet with, and negotiate with school administrators or decision makers to develop strategic plans for products and services.
Review and analyze sales performance to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
Handle, develop and manage sales/marketing budgets.
Plan and oversee marketing activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail.
Develop and recommend marketing plans, positioning, campaigns, and strategies to increase long-term market share.
Ensure delivery of marketing results within designated budgets and adjust as needed.
