Job summary

Thumbtack is seeking a Marketing Ops Associate in the Manila area to build and run impactful email, push, and in-app campaigns. You’ll work closely with Growth Marketing to implement automation tools and test strategies that drive engagement and conversions.

You’ll join a fast-moving team that values experimentation, rigorous measurement, and clear communication. Prior experience with ESPs (Iterable or Pardot a plus) is welcome though not required.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in lifecycle/engagement marketing or marketing ops.
• Experience with ESPs or marketing automation tools (Iterable or Pardot a plus).
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and technologies.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Precise attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute marketing campaigns across email, push, in-app messaging, and other channels.
• Run A/B tests to identify growth levers.
• Report on engagement program impact and iterate.
• Enforce marketing messaging best practices across channels.
• Collaborate with Creative team to align on voice across touchpoints.
• Constantly optimize our marketing operations processes for efficiency.
