We are hiring for different roles in the Supply Chain department:

Supply Chain Gap Analyst

Location: Pasay, Manila

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in supply chain or inventory analysis is an advantage.
• Preferably with Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification (an advantage but not required)
• Evaluates inventory and supply performance across Distribution Centers (DCs) and stores.
• Supports inventory optimization and continuous improvement in supply efficiency.

Sr. Demand Planning Manager

Location: Pasay, Manila

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• A Master's degree is an advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain roles, preferably in retail, FMCG, or convenience store environments.
• Proven experience in Manufacturing / Production is highly required.
• You will be responsible for leading the demand planning and forecasting function for Alfamart’s retail operations. The role ensures accurate demand forecasts to support product availability, efficient inventory management, and cost optimization. This position works closely with Merchandising, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Planning teams to align demand plans with business objectives and promotional activities.
