A retail company in the Philippines seeks a Gap Analyst for their Supply Chain team. In this role, you will evaluate supply performance and identify discrepancies in inventory. While fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, any experience in supply chain or inventory analysis will be valuable. Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in supply chain or inventory analysis is an advantage.
• Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification preferred but not required.

• Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with BI tools (Power BI) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate current supply and inventory levels in Distribution Centers and stores.
• Identify and analyze supply discrepancies and stock gaps.
• Propose and implement strategies to reduce out-of-stock cases.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Logistics, and Store Operations teams.
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor supply gaps and fill rates.

Who are we looking for:

Gap Analyst (Supply Chain), you will evaluate inventory and supply performance across Distribution Centers (DCs) and stores. You will also identify supply discrepancies, analyze root causes, and propose strategies to prevent out-of-stock situations. This role supports inventory optimization and continuous improvement in supply efficiency.
