Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in Product Management with leadership of teams/managers.
• Proven experience owning and scaling consumer-facing or user-centric platform products with a strong track record.
• Strong UI/UX collaboration and emphasis on design quality and user experience as product outcomes.
• Experience in growth-oriented environments: activation, adoption, retention, conversion, or engagement.
• Experience managing PMs and senior ICs; hiring, developing, and holding teams to outcomes.
• Sufficient technical fluency to partner with Engineering on trade-offs.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Fintech, consumer financial products, or regulated environments is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Spanish preferred.
