Job summary

Hexaware Technologies Philippines seeks a Digital Marketing Specialist to strengthen client market presence through organic social, Meta advertising, SEO, GEO, and WordPress content management.

You will plan, optimize Google/Microsoft Ads campaigns, run CRO tests, build GA4 dashboards, and collaborate with design, content, and dev teams to improve performance and conversion metrics. Strong English writing and QA skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Google and/or Microsoft Ads (Search, Display, Retargeting).
• Hands on experience in managing ecom platforms and SEM campaigns to drive traffic.
• Strong analytical skills and performance tracking mindset.
• Experience running A/B tests using VWO and identifying CRO opportunities.
• Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and UTM tracking.
• Working knowledge of dashboarding tools like Looker Studio or Zoho Analytics.
• Excellent attention to detail, written English, and QA ability.
• Experience collaborating with design, content, and dev teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, and manage ad campaigns on Google and Microsoft Ads.
• Conduct targeting, keyword research, bidding, and audience segmentation.
• Write and test ad copy; brief creatives to designers.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns for CTR, CPA, CPL, and ROAS.
• Report weekly performance metrics and suggest improvements.
• Stay updated on platform changes and advertising trends.
• Track and improve landing page and funnel conversion performance.
• Identify friction points with GA4, VWO, or Microsoft Clarity.
• Plan and run A/B tests on landing pages, CTAs, forms, and layouts.
• Collaborate with Web Dev and UX on implementation.
• Document results and present actionable insights.
• Build and maintain dashboards; analyze trends across campaigns.
• Investigate anomalies and surface insights; work with CRM/Data team.
• Recommend tracking improvements in GA4, UTM usage, and event tagging.
• Monitor competitor advertising trends and share insights.
