Responsibilities

• Manage the company’s social media across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, and other platforms.
• Develop and maintain the social media and content calendar.
• Create, schedule, publish, and monitor content across platforms.
• Adapt content per platform audience and requirements.
• Monitor engagement, comments, and messages.
• Identify new platforms to enhance online presence.
• Create basic graphics and marketing materials using Canva or similar tools.
• Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across relevant channels.
• Support organic and paid digital marketing activities.
• Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements.
• Conduct online research to identify potential clients and decision-makers.
• Assist with LinkedIn and other digital outreach campaigns.
• Maintain lead/prospect trackers and monitor follow-ups.
• Coordinate with Business Development on campaigns to generate opportunities.
• Assist in email marketing and outreach campaigns.
• Support website and content updates; apply basic SEO practices.
• Conduct competitor, market, and industry research.
• Track KPIs and prepare regular reports on marketing activities.
