Job summary

People Work Smart Services Philippines Inc is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute and optimize campaigns across e-commerce and content channels. You will manage Maropost Commerce Cloud, WordPress, HubSpot Marketing Hub, and analytics to drive online sales and lead generation.

You’ll lead marketing automation, A/B testing, content creation, and market research while coordinating with internal teams and our digital agency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
• Experience managing e-commerce platforms, preferably Maropost and WordPress.
• Strong HubSpot capabilities and lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in GA4 and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of Google/META Ads and SEO basics.
• Canva and Adobe Creative Suite proficiency for assets.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels.
• Own e-commerce management, product listings and promotions.
• Develop lead generation strategies and nurture campaigns.
• Create and maintain marketing automation workflows in HubSpot.
• Analyze data, track KPIs and report insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies.
