Autohub Group of Companies in Quezon City invites a Marketing Specialist to shape and execute integrated marketing strategies that build brand awareness, engage customers and drive business growth. You will develop content, manage social channels, and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in marketing, marketing communications or a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms including social media management, email marketing, Google Analytics and content management systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft persuasive and engaging content
• Excellent organisational and project management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar software
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Experience in the automotive or retail sector is preferred but not essential

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels including digital, social media, print and events
• Create compelling marketing content including copy, graphics, videos and multimedia assets for various platforms
• Manage and optimise social media accounts to increase brand visibility, engagement and follower growth
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategies
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely execution of marketing activities
• Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to support decision-making
• Support the planning and execution of promotional events, product launches and brand activations
• Manage marketing budgets and track expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness and return on investment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product and customer service to align marketing efforts with business objectives
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies to drive innovation in our campaigns
