The role focuses on Meta Ads, social media management, content marketing and lead generation, with responsibilities spanning campaign planning, performance optimization, content calendar management, and analytics.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Facebook/Instagram advertising.
• Experience in Social Media Management and Handling.
• Understanding of lead generation and paid advertising campaigns.
• Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads and Google Analytics is an advantage.
• Good understanding of social media trends and audience engagement.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking with a data-driven approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across online platforms.
• Create and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for reach, engagement and lead generation.
• Manage and grow company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Plan and maintain a social media content calendar.
• Coordinate with design/content team for social media creatives and posts.
• Create engaging social captions and marketing content.
• Conduct basic market, competitor and audience research.
• Track website and social media performance using analytics tools.
• Support SEO, Google Ads, email marketing and other digital activities.
• Generate regular reports on campaign performance.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends.
