Manila Recruitment seeks a Head of Growth and Communications for a fast-growing SaaS company. You will design and execute communications and brand strategy across client marketing and the CEO’s personal brand, with an AI-enabled approach to drive audience growth and engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, communications, demand generation, or a related field within a B2B SaaS company.
• 3+ years of experience developing and executing Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies in a startup/high-growth environment.
• Experience owning the full marketing funnel from ICPs to demo bookings with Sales.
• Experience in ABM, hyper-targeted, or niche marketing strategies.
• Hands-on content creation experience — blogs, emails, social, newsletters.
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to boost productivity without sacrificing quality.
• Comfort with ambiguity and building systems from scratch.
• Startup experience is required.
• Experience with international clients, especially US/UK/AU/NZ.
• Proactive, decisive, and clear communicator.

Responsibilities

• Communications: own all customer-facing and prospect communications, newsletters, onboarding emails, referrals, and social presence.
• Develop and manage communications strategy across the customer journey.
• Oversee content creation and AI-assisted drafting while preserving brand voice.
• CEO’s Personal Brand: establish CEO as an authority on AI in compliance.
• Coordinate appearances, podcasts, and content distribution across channels.
• Create systems to repurpose appearances into owned-audience content.
• Systems & Leverage: build AI-assisted workflows to scale, document processes for future hires.
