Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Data Science, Psychology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• At least 2 years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), digital marketing, growth marketing, web analytics, or digital performance optimization
• Strong practical experience using behavioral analytics and CRO tools such as Hotjar, FullStory, Crazy Egg, or comparable platforms
• Experience supporting A/B testing, experimentation, conversion optimization, or website performance initiatives
• Experience with subscription-based businesses or growth metrics such as acquisition, retention, churn, and Customer Lifetime Value (LTV)
• Good understanding of customer journeys, conversion funnels, user behavior, and digital performance metrics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and recommend actionable improvements
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, UX, or Digital teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Lead CRO initiatives to improve subscription growth, conversions, engagement, revenue, and ARPU
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Pricing, and Subscription teams to optimize customer journeys
• Implement data-driven strategies that drive measurable business outcomes
• Own acquisition performance across websites, mobile apps, search, social media, and newsletters
• Analyze customer behavior, conversion trends, pricing impact, and campaign performance
• Monitor and optimize key metrics including conversion rate, subscriber growth, retention, churn, and LTV
• Develop and manage A/B testing and experimentation programs
• Identify optimization opportunities through quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Deliver executive-level reporting, insights, and recommendations
• Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance analysis and productivity
• Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver growth initiatives
• Foster continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and best practices
• Manage multiple projects and priorities in an agile environment
