Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, executing strategic plans, and driving continuous improvement while preparing for future General Manager responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of progressive management experience with 5+ years in senior leadership or operations roles.
• Degrees relevant to business, engineering, hospitality, or related disciplines are preferred.
• MBA or advanced business training highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across the assigned business cluster and ensure planned objectives are met.
• Translate strategic direction into executable operational plans and monitor progress.
• Drive Lean, continuous improvement, and process optimization initiatives.
• Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities to enhance profitability and efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships across customers, partners and suppliers.
• Support succession planning and leadership development within the function.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and risk management practices are followed.
