Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Agriculture, Hospitality Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- MBA highly preferred for advanced leadership roles.
- At least 8 years of progressive management experience, with 5+ years in senior leadership.
- Experience leading multi-functional teams and driving operational excellence.
