Job summary

Qualifications

• LLB or JD degree with Philippine Bar admission in good standing.
• Minimum 10 years of senior legal experience including leadership roles.
• Experience supervising multiple legal teams across subsidiaries or group functions.
• Strong background in corporate, commercial and regulatory law.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the legal affairs of the holding company and subsidiaries, ensuring consistency and compliance across entities.
• Provide strategic legal advice to senior management and the Board on corporate, regulatory, and risk matters.
• Exercise administrative supervision over the group’s legal teams to ensure coordination and performance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts and agreements involving the group’s business interests.
• Develop and implement group-wide legal policies, compliance frameworks, and governance standards.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and external counsels on major issues and proceedings.
• Identify legal risks and propose proactive mitigation measures.
