Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a media communications coordinator for a 6-month contract, based in Novena with proximity to an MRT station. The role runs Monday to Thursday 08:30am–6:00pm and Friday 08:30am–5:30pm, with responsibilities spanning content creation, visuals, and internal communications support.

The ideal candidate will contribute to social media campaigns, update web content, and help optimize information architecture for the company’s digital presence.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualise and produce engaging content across social media platforms
• Design or source visuals in line with brand guidelines
• Assist in planning and executing social media publicity and campaigns for key events or initiatives
• Support the writing and editing of internal newsletters, announcements, and updates for staff and stakeholders
• Assist in producing and coordinating content for internal communications campaigns such as Viva Engage and Intranet
• Assist in updating and maintaining website content
• Write or edit web copy including landing pages, event listings, and programme descriptions
• Work with the team to improve the site's information architecture, including page hierarchy, menu structure, and content groupings

About the role

This is a 6-month contract role (subject to extension) in the healthcare industry, based in Novena within walking distance of an MRT station. You will work Monday to Thursday 08:30am–6:00pm and Friday 08:30am–5:30pm.
