Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Aboitiz Philippines is seeking a Project Coordinator (Project-based) to support daily project operations in Central Luzon. The role will manage schedules, prepare reports, coordinate with vendors and clients, and ensure all permits and documents are up to date.

The successful candidate will have a Civil Engineering background, be willing to be based in Tarlac, and bring experience in beverage production lines and construction-related installations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Willingness to be based in Tarlac, Central Luzon
• 5–10 years experience in beverage production lines and machine installations
• Experience in construction processes and auxiliary/utility installations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Supports daily project operations, manages schedules and reports, coordinates with vendors and clients, and ensures all permits and documents are up to date.
• Preparation of the project update reports for the project team and steering committee
• Coordination of the daily office operations and admin support
• Schedule and manage project-related meetings and appointments
• Collaboration with OEM suppliers across multiple countries
• Communicate with Coca-Cola Europacific Aboitiz Philippines counterparts
• Liaison of permits with different government institutions
• Managing multiple meetings with different teams like project work streams, OEM vendors, contractors and other CCEAP teams
