Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in governance, risk and compliance.
• Experience in fraud management and compliance initiatives.
• Strong understanding of operational and contractual compliance.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SharePoint/OneDrive.
• Knowledge of information security and business resilience concepts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee governance on contractual compliance controls and audits at multiple locations.
• Manage incidents, drive prevention activities, and perform vulnerability assessments.
• Host and manage client audits and post-audit remediation, liaising with risk and compliance teams.
• Provide data analysis, dashboards, and reporting to leadership.
• Lead training on client standards and contractual requirements to promote compliance.
• Maintain documentation and support governance structures aligned with regulatory needs.
