Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of governance, risk or compliance experience.
• Expertise in fraud risk management and incident oversight.
• Strong understanding of contractual governance and client compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and SharePoint/OneDrive.
• Knowledge of information security, cyber security and business resilience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee company and client contractual governance and manage governance at locations.
• Lead external audits and coordinate remediation activities.
• Provide data analysis and reporting for governance and compliance.
• Maintain documentation and support governance reviews with leadership.
• Conduct monthly governance reviews and prepare dashboards for leadership.
• Deliver training on client standards and contractual requirements to promote a culture of compliance.
