Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Expertise in fraud management and compliance initiatives.
• Strong understanding of operational and contractual compliance.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SharePoint/OneDrive.
• Strong knowledge of information security / cyber security / business resilience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Company and Client Contractual Governance, implement account contractual requirements, and manage governance at new and existing locations.
• Lead external audits and ensure compliance with Code of Conduct.
• Provide data analysis and reporting; address customer queries and drive process improvements.
• Conduct monthly governance reviews with leadership to foster transparency.
• Prepare dashboards and compliance reports for leadership.
• Training and compliance culture initiatives across teams.
