Getwingapp is seeking a Graphics & Content Assistant to support remote operations and help build world-class teams for clients worldwide. You will deliver daily email and calendar recaps, design graphics, edit long-form content, and publish posts across channels.

Ideal candidates are proficient with basic design tools, capable of splicing content, and possess strong reading, writing, and spoken communication skills. This role is remote, full-time, with paid training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience using design tools and templates; able to produce graphics independently.
• Experience splicing long-form audio/video, removing dead time, and pulling short clips.
• Strong reading, writing, and speaking skills for daily recaps, publishing copy, and following instructions.
• Eager to learn, take initiative, and require minimal prep from the client.
• Adaptable to frequent schedule changes and fast-paced workflow.

Graphics & Content Assistant

And we’re looking for a Graphics & Content Assistant to start immediately!

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Daily Briefings: Create a morning (or prior-evening) recap of the client's emails, calendar appointments, and pending tasks for the day.
• Graphic Design: Create game announcements, score announcements, and TV/commercial graphics using the client's existing templates.
• Content Editing: Edit long-form podcast content by splicing out dead time, pulling short clips, and preparing them for posting.
• Publishing: Publish the created graphics and copy across the client's channels.

Required Tools

• Basic graphic design tools/templates
• Basic video editing tool
• Basic publishing/social media tools

Qualifications:

• Practical experience using design tools and templates (need to be good at graphics and able to work independently).
• Basic experience splicing long-form audio/video, removing dead time, and pulling short clips.
• High reading, writing, and speaking skills required for writing daily recaps, publishing copy, and understanding instructions.
• Eager to learn and take initiative.
• Needs to require minimal prep work from the client.
• Must be able to adapt, as the client's schedule changes frequently throughout the day.

Technical Requirements:

• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
• Working Webcam
• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Schedule: 10AM - 7PM EST | 40 hours per week | Full-time

Location: 100% Remote

Salary Package: Up to ₱52K/month
