Job summary

Western Advertising and Construction Inc. is seeking a creative Graphic Designer specialized in signage and fabrication to join our Cavite team.

You will transform client concepts into production-ready designs for indoor and outdoor signage, booths, and displays. In this role you will collaborate with Sales, Technical, and Production teams, prepare vector files for CNC routing and laser cutting, and ensure adherence to brand guidelines and project specs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and/or CorelDRAW.
• Knowledge of vector graphics, scaling, dimensions, and print production.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and translate concepts into fabrication-ready files.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with production personnel.
• Experience in the signage, advertising, printing, or fabrication industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop designs for indoor/outdoor signage, acrylic displays, kiosks, booths, and other advertising materials.
• Prepare accurate, production-ready artwork, layouts, and cutting files.
• Create mock-ups and design presentations based on client requirements.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure design feasibility, material compatibility, and accurate execution.
• Prepare vector files for CNC routing, laser cutting, UV printing, and other fabrication processes.
• Ensure all designs comply with client branding guidelines and project specifications.
• Revise and finalize artwork based on client and internal feedback.
• Assist in optimizing material layouts to minimize production waste.

Job Description

Western Advertising & Construction, Inc. (WACI) is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate should have experience in graphic design, particularly in signage, large-format printing, and fabrication-related projects. You will work closely with our Sales, Technical, and Production teams to transform client concepts into accurate, production-ready designs.

Experience in operating CNC routers, CO2 laser cutting machines, and other digital fabrication equipment is a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Understanding of fabrication materials such as acrylic, ACP, aluminum, PVC board, and other signage substrates.

Note: CNC and laser machine operation experience is NOT mandatory. Applicants willing to learn digital fabrication processes are encouraged to apply.
