Job Description

A signage fabrication job involves reading blueprints, selecting materials, and using machinery like CNC routers, saws, and welding equipment to construct signs according to design specifications. Responsibilities include applying finishes like vinyl or paint, performing quality control, ensuring safety protocols, maintaining equipment, and collaborating with designers, sales, and installation teams to deliver high-quality products for clients.

• Cut, shape, and prepare materials such as acrylic, metal, wood, and vinyl for signs.
• Operate and maintain various machinery and tools, including CNC routers, laser cutters, saws, welders, and printers.
• Accurately read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and design files to ensure precise construction.
• Assemble sign components, including electrical wiring and LED installation for illuminated signs.
• Apply vinyl graphics, paint, and other finishes to create the final product.
• Conduct checks to ensure all signs meet durability, finish, and structural integrity standards.
• Work with designers, project managers, sales, and installers to align with project requirements and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to safety protocols, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and ensure tools and equipment are in proper working order.
