This role involves conceptualizing, designing, and producing visual assets while collaborating with leadership, project supervisors, and cross-functional teams to deliver compelling materials and brand-ready visuals. A strong portfolio and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma are essential.

• 2–4 years of design and creative production experience, preferably in retail.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, Sketch, or equivalent tools.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling, typography, and design quality.

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop high-quality visual content for digital and print channels. The successful candidate will create engaging design solutions aligned with the client's brand identity, marketing objectives, and creative direction.

This role involves conceptualizing, designing, and producing visual assets while collaborating with creative leadership, project supervisors, and cross-functional teams to deliver effective marketing and communication materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visual content for digital and print channels, including concept development, image and video creation, editing, and production.
• Develop and maintain a consistent visual style aligned with the client's brand identity.
• Produce high-quality creative assets that meet channel-specific requirements and established design standards.
• Develop presentation templates and marketing and communication materials for internal and external use.
• Conceptualize visual themes and refine designs based on creative direction and feedback.
• Create cohesive design concepts across multiple channels, including advertising, print, web, email, and social media.
• Collaborate with creative leadership, project supervisors, and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliverables.
• Communicate design concepts clearly to clients and non-design stakeholders.
• Stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and emerging creative technologies.
• Contribute to a collaborative, innovative, and professional team environment.

Qualifications And Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Fine Arts, or a related design field.
• At least 2-4 years of experience in design and creative production, preferably within the retail industry.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, Sketch, or equivalent design tools.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, visual storytelling, typography, and design quality.
• Knowledge of digital and print design standards and marketing communication practices.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and visual composition skills.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems, and manage competing priorities.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Google Drive, and JIRA.
• Ability to convert and export different 3D file formats.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Blender and 3D design projects.
• Knowledge of illustration, animation, video editing, and 3D content production.
• Experience in advertising, digital and traditional marketing, corporate identity, sales promotion, and social media communications.
• Familiarity with interactive design, web content, email marketing, and multi-channel campaigns.
• Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and emerging design trends.
