Job summary

Cooee Inc. is seeking a Graphic Designer and Marketing Coordinator to drive graphic design, media buying, and marketing support from Iloilo. You will transform site photos and footage into ads, edit short videos, and craft compelling social content across formats.

The role requires a portfolio, strong Canva/Adobe skills, and daily use of AI tools. You’ll also manage Meta campaigns, coordinate with the GM, and help schedule posts while ensuring on-brand visuals and reliable delivery.

Qualifications

2+ years of graphic design and short-form video editing.
Portfolio of real ads and social content, not only logos.
Experience in media buying, ideally Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
Strong Canva or Adobe suite skills and video editing ability.
Clear written English and reliability to meet deadlines.
Daily use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude or similar).
Experience with Australian customers is a plus.

Responsibilities

Turn job site photos and raw footage into ads and social posts.
Edit short videos for ads and reels with cuts, captions, music and logo.
Create before/after graphics, client testimonials, carousels and posts.
Deliver assets in 1:1, 4:5 and 9:16 formats and keep on-brand visuals.
Brief videographers and coordinate shoots to capture required content.
Build and launch Meta lead campaigns from the GM outline and manage budget.
Provide loom walkthroughs for new campaigns and monitor performance and cost.

About the Role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer and Marketing Coordinator who will be responsible for the graphic design, media buying, and marketing support, working closely with the marketing team and general manager to turn their visions into reality.

We have partnered with an Australian-based company that specializes in designing, installing, and maintaining long-term electrical, security, and communications solutions.

What you'll be working on:

Graphic Design and Video

Turn the job site photos and raw footage into ads and social posts.

Edit short videos for ads and reels which includes the cuts, captions, music and logo.

Make before-and-after graphics, client testimonial graphics, carousels and social posts.

Deliver every piece in the right sizes (1:1, 4:5 and 9:16).

Keep everything on brand: our logo, colours and fonts, and real people on real jobs. No stock photo look.

Make AI-assisted creative when there is no fresh footage, without the generic AI look.

Brief our videographer before content shoots so we capture what the ads need.

Media Buying

Build and launch Meta (Facebook and Instagram) lead campaigns from the general manager's written outline in terms of audience, budget, placements and lead forms.

Provide the general manager with a short loom walkthrough of every new campaign before it goes live to the general manager.

Check the account regularly. Switch off losing ads, and put more budget behind the ones that work, within the limits the general manager sets.

Flag problems early like rejected ads, rising cost, tracking issues.

Marketing Assistant

Schedule Facebook and Instagram posts each week from a content calendar, with a short caption in plain Australian English.

Post updates and job photos to our Google Business Profiles in Perth and Geraldton, and send review requests to happy clients.

Make sure every online lead lands in HubSpot as a deal, tagged by source and service.

Keep pinned posts of current client testimonials, project walkthrough and the team at work.

Submit a weekly written summary detailing published content, upcoming scheduled posts, advertising expenditures, total leads generated, and cost per lead.

What we're looking for:

2+ years of graphic design and short-form video editing, experience in media buying ideally in Meta (Facebook and Instagram), with a portfolio of real ads and social content, not only logos.

Strong in Canva or Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator) and in video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar).

Organized and reliable. You do what you say, on the day you say, without being chased.

Clear written English, and the confidence to tell us when something isn't working.

Uses AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude or similar) every day, and is keen to learn more.

Experience with trades, construction or home services, or with Australian customers can be an advantage.

HubSpot, LinkedIn or WordPress experience is a plus.
