The role involves conceptualizing, designing, and producing visual assets while collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver effective materials for campaigns and communications.

Qualifications

• Degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 2–4 years of design/production experience, preferably in retail.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma or Sketch.
• Solid portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling and typography.
• Knowledge of digital and print design standards.
• Excellent organization and time management.

Responsibilities

• Create visual content for digital and print channels including concepting, image/video creation, editing and production.
• Maintain a consistent visual style aligned with the client brand identity.
• Produce high-quality creative assets meeting channel requirements.
• Develop presentation templates and marketing materials for internal/external use.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to define requirements.
• Translate creative direction into cohesive concepts across multiple channels.
