Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 2+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio showing graphic design, branding, social media content, and multimedia design.
• Proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; basic knowledge of Premiere Pro/After Effects.

About the role

Create visually engaging designs for digital and print materials. Develop social media graphics, marketing materials, presentations, brochures, advertisements, and other promotional content. Design and maintain brand-consistent visual assets for Elite Translations. Collaborate with the marketing and management teams to develop creative concepts and campaigns.

• Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards
• Research current design trends and identify creative opportunities to improve the company's visual presence
• Revise designs based on feedback from management and relevant teams

About you

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field
• At least 2 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, Creative Designer, Multimedia Designer, or in a similar role
• Strong portfolio demonstrating skills in graphic design, branding, social media content, digital marketing materials, and multimedia design
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, or equivalent software
• Experience creating and editing photo, video, and other multimedia content for digital platforms
• Basic to intermediate experience using AI-powered image and video generation tools, with the ability to develop effective prompts and creative concepts
• Good understanding of branding, typography, layout, color theory, visual composition, and digital design principles
• Ability to translate marketing objectives and ideas into engaging and visually effective creative content
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to maintain consistent brand standards
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively with marketing and management teams
