Job summary

Intrepid Indonesia is seeking a senior designer to direct the creative vision and output for its brand. You will articulate high-level brand strategies, safeguard integrity across channels, and mentor the design team while delivering compelling assets.

You will design and animate static and motion graphics for promos, social content, and digital ads; maintain the brand’s visual identity; collaborate with cross-functional teams; and leverage AI to streamline production.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field.
• 12 years of experience in motion graphics.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, and After Effects.
• Experience producing high-quality visual assets for livestreaming platforms.
• Experience with OBS Studio optimization.
• Comprehensive understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketplace design requirements.
• Rigorous attention to detail.
• Commitment to maintaining global brand integrity.
• Ability to manage complex workflows and deliver results in highpace, fastpaced environments.

Responsibilities

• Direct the creative vision and output for Intrepid Indonesia.
• Establish high-level brand strategies and safeguard brand integrity across communication channels.
• Mentor and lead the design team.
• Conceptualize, design, and animate static assets and motion graphics for promotional videos, social media content, and digital advertisements.
• Develop and maintain the brands visual identity across platforms.
• Generate and implement creative assets to drive customer engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate creative strategies.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within tight deadlines.
• Apply branding concepts and use Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects.
• Utilize AI in video creation to enhance and streamline production workflows.
