About the role

Men2 Marketing & Distribution Enterprise Corporation is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic Marketing & Communications team. This is a full-time position based in Dagupan City, Pangasinan. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in bringing our brand vision to life through compelling visual communications. You will be responsible for creating innovative designs that resonate with our target audience and support our marketing objectives across multiple channels and platforms. This position is integral to our marketing operations, ensuring our brand remains visually distinctive and impactful in a competitive marketplace.

What you’ll be doing

• Develop and design visual content for print and digital marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, social media graphics and advertisements


• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, brand guidelines and campaign objectives


• Create original illustrations, icons and graphics that align with company brand identity and marketing strategy


• Produce high-quality design files suitable for various media formats and distribution channels


• Review and revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders and marketing leadership


• Maintain consistency in visual branding across all marketing communications and touchpoints


• Stay current with design trends, tools and best practices in the marketing communications industry


• Support the development of marketing collateral for trade shows, events and promotional campaigns


• Prepare designs for print production, ensuring technical specifications and quality standards are met

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role within the marketing and communications field
