Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer in marketing/communications.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and versatile design.
• Solid understanding of marketing principles and how design supports campaigns.
• Excellent typography, colour theory, layout and composition.
• Strong attention to detail and brand consistency.
• Good communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Effective time management and ability to handle multiple projects.
• Familiarity with web design principles and digital marketing materials (desirable).
• Knowledge of print production processes and technical requirements (desirable).
• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design/Visual Communications (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Develop and design visual content for print and digital materials (brochures, flyers, posters, social media graphics).
• Collaborate with marketing to understand requirements and campaign objectives.
• Create illustrations, icons, and graphics aligned with brand identity.
• Produce high-quality design files for various media formats.
• Review designs and revise based on stakeholder feedback.
• Maintain consistency in visual branding across all materials.
• Stay current with design trends and best practices.
• Support marketing collateral for trade shows and events.
