Job summary

Private Advertiser in Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines, is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join the Marketing & Communications team. This full-time role focuses on creating visually compelling materials that communicate our skincare brand across channels.

You will manage design across campaigns, printing and OOH, signage, packaging, and merchandising while collaborating with the Creative Manager to ensure timely production and on-brand outputs.

Qualifications

• 2 years of graphic or brand design work experience.
• Demonstrated portfolio of campaign visuals, print/OOH, and in-store collateral.
• Good communication skills.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva and AI Integration.
• Basic motion and animation capability (After Effects or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Handles design executions and cross-platform applications.

• Produces advertising materials for print and OOH, ensuring production-ready artwork.
• Designs branch, clinic collateral, signage, packaging, and merchandising materials.

About the role

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join the Marketing & Communications team This is a full-time position based in Makati City, Metro Manila. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating visually compelling marketing materials and brand assets that effectively communicate our skincare products and brand message to our target audience. Your design work will be instrumental in supporting our marketing initiatives and enhancing our brand presence across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Handles moderate to complex design executions and cross-platform applications.
• Leads the development of campaign key visuals from concept through final adaptation across all required channels, formats, and sizes.
• Produces advertising materials for OOH and print, ensuring artwork is production-ready and meets supplier specifications.
• Designs branch and in-clinic collaterals — signage, wayfinding, menus and price boards, window graphics,packaging, and merchandising materials.
• Maintains and updates brand assets, master templates, and design libraries so the team works from a single, current source.
• Prepares print-ready files to supplier specifications and reviews returned proofs.
• Supports Healthspan and other group brand design requirements as needed
• Collaborates with the Creative Manager on design scheduling and turnaround commitments to ensure timely and efficient production workflows.
• Proactively suggests techniques to the team to enhance efficiency and delegation during campaign rollouts and regular design production.
• Ensures on-brand art direction quality: typography, hierarchy, colour accuracy, imagery treatment, and layout are consistent and aligned with the creative vision.
• Leads the creation of design assets for various platforms, with a strong focus on supporting the brand’s ad strategy and social media.
• Ensures all design outputs meet branding guidelines and uphold high creative and technical standards.
• Stays updated on industry trends such as AI integration, analyses competitor activities, and introduces
  innovative techniques to continuously elevate design output.
• Performs related tasks that may be assigned by management from time to time.
• Produce quality outputs and satisfy service level agreements with internal and external customers.

What we're looking for

• College Graduate of Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, or similar
• 2 years of graphic or brand design work experience.
• Demonstrated portfolio of campaign key visuals, print/OOH advertising, and retail or in-store collateral.
• Good communication skills
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Canva, and AI Integration
• Basic motion and animation capability (After Effects or equivalent) is an advantage.
