Job Overview

PlanetArt is looking for a graphic designer as a contractor to support the company's Advertising Department. The successful candidate should possess a proven ability to create engaging ads across multiple channels, including social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of design experience. The successful candidate will have a portfolio that demonstrates strong sense of branding, aesthetic proficiency, problem solving skills, unique concepts, outstanding typography and the creation of compelling ad campaigns. Creativity and a passion to present unique ideas are highly appreciated.

This is a remote, work-from-home position.

What You'll Do

• Concept and execute within each brand's standards.
• Leverage the company's proprietary AI ad producing platform for content creation.
• Quickly gain an understanding of the brands and audience to execute conceptual and strategic design work, including tailoring ad content for Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant social media channels.
• Create high-quality digital ads, social content and promotional videos optimized for various platforms.
• Collaborate on implementation of paid marketing A/B tests to increase sales performance and improve customer experience.
• Proactively seek necessary information on project requirements to ensure clarity and alignment on timelines, deliverables and assets.
• Assist the Art Director and project coordinator with the planning and implementation of projects.
• Assist with other projects as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, art or related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of design experience.
• Excellent typography skills, a great eye for color, layout and details.
• A thorough understanding of branding and its application in advertising campaigns.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating your process and execution of good design.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• An ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines with high-quality work.
• Must be a self-motivator, possessing the ability to work effectively with little supervision.
• Active on various social media platforms, especially Facebook and Instagram, with a good understanding of their respective audience preferences and content formats.

• Position requires long-term and fully remote work scheduled from Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM US Pacific Time
• Position requires regular, continuous use of computer.
• Position requires regular sitting and standing.
• Position requires regular interaction with team members through the following methods: phone, WebEx, Slack, or email.
• Position requires time and screen tracking via Hubstaff

Work From Home Requirements

• Own computer (Windows 10 or higher or Mac, at least 8GB RAM and at least Intel i5, Ryzen 5 or M1 processor)

Pay Range

• Pay Rate: ₱80,000 to ₱100,000 per month
