Job summary

Infra One, part of the Allocator One ecosystem, is seeking a Graphic Designer to craft high‑quality visuals for investor presentations, print, digital and merchandise. You will collaborate with a global team to maintain brand consistency across channels.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and experience with Google Slides/PowerPoint are required. Remote-first role based in the Philippines with opportunities to shape our creative direction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) required.
• Experience designing professional presentation decks in Google Slides and PowerPoint.
• Strong layout design and print production knowledge.
• Knowledge of Figma is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and format presentation slides in Google Slides and PowerPoint.
• Create and customize master templates for brand consistency.
• Design multi-page print and digital materials such as brochures, catalogs, and reports.
• Create designs for merchandise and signage with strong brand alignment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute creative concepts.
• Prepare, package, and optimize files for production and printing.

Your mission

As our Graphic Designer, your mission will be to craft high-quality designs that clearly and consistently communicate our brand across all channels - from presentations and print to digital and merchandise. You will collaborate closely with our global team to bring creative ideas to life, ensuring every deliverable meets the highest design standards.

Tasks

• Design and format presentation slides in Google Slides and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Create and customize master templates for presentations to ensure brand consistency.
• Design multi-page print and digital materials such as brochures, catalogs, and reports.
• Create designs for merchandise and signage, maintaining strong brand alignment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute creative concepts.
• Prepare, package, and optimize files for production and printing.

Requirements

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary of $1,500 - $2,000 USD, depending on experience, with a performance-based review after 6 months.
