You will produce social tiles, banners, and franchisee assets, and ensure files are print-ready and web-ready to specification.

We value 5+ years of design experience, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and strong English comprehension with meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years design experience, preferably in an agency.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and print production knowledge.
• Strong brief interpretation and English comprehension.
• High attention to detail and consistency for high-volume output.
• Ability to work quickly without compromising quality.
• Experience managing multiple design requests and shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

Overview

The Graphic Designer turns briefs generated by the extended marketing team into high-quality, on-brand visual assets, digital tiles, social creative, print collateral, signage, and franchisee toolkits, across every format the network needs. They bring strong design execution to Hip Market Central assets and franchise marketing materials, applying HPW's brand guidelines and templates consistently across every output..

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret briefs and translate them into design assets across print, digital, and web.
• Produce campaign and content assets, including social tiles, web banners and franchisee assets.
• Prepare Digital Download and Print on Demand assets for Hip Market Central.
• Prepare print-ready and digital-ready files to specification.
• Apply brand guidelines and templates correctly and consistently across all output.
• Check all work for accuracy, alignment, and visual consistency before delivery.
• Maintain accurate file naming, storage, and version control.
• Follow Hip Market Central asset taxonomy and naming conventions.
• Manage design requests and turnaround accurately via Monday.com.
• Turn around design requests within agreed timeframes to keep campaigns and content on schedule.

Success Measures

• Briefs are understood and executed correctly the first time.
• Work is approved with minimal revision cycles.
• Output is aligned to Australian marketing and design style best practice.
• No brand guideline breaches identified after work goes live.
• No print production errors caused by file setup (bleed, colour mode, resolution, sizing).
• Turnaround consistently meets agreed timeframes without chasing.
• Tasks are accurately tracked and managed in the designated tools.

Skills & Experience Required

• Minimum 5 years' design experience, ideally within an agency environment.
• Ability to generate outputs that align with Australian marketing and design style best practice.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (or equivalent industry-standard tools).
• Understanding of print production requirements, bleed, colour mode, resolution, file setup.
• Strong brief interpretation and English comprehension, able to work from minimal written instructions.
• High attention to detail and consistency across high-volume output.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently, without compromising quality.
• Comfortable managing multiple concurrent design requests and shifting priorities.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field
