Job summary
DMC Digital Link Co. Ltd. in Taguig is seeking a Graphic Artist Supervisor to lead the daily activities of the graphic team on-site in Manila. - Supervise and manage the daily activities and workload of the Graphic Artist
- Assign projects and distribute workloads based on employees skills, capacity and project requirements
- Review and approve artwork before submission of production
- Monitor project timeliness and ensure on time completion of artwork
- Coordinate with sales Operations, Production and other departments regarding project requirements
- Provide a creative direction technical guidance and feedback to Graphic Artist
- Monitor team performance, productivity attendance and workload
- Help improve the teams workflow turnaround time and overall efficiency
