Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the daily activities and workload of the Graphic Artist
• Assign projects and distribute workloads based on employees skills, capacity and project requirements
• Review and approve artwork before submission of production
• Monitor project timeliness and ensure on time completion of artwork
• Coordinate with sales Operations, Production and other departments regarding project requirements
• Provide a creative direction technical guidance and feedback to Graphic Artist
• Monitor team performance, productivity attendance and workload
• Help improve the teams workflow turnaround time and overall efficiency
