My Dream Media in Taguig, Philippines, is hiring a Creative Team Manager to lead the Graphic Design and Video Production teams. This on-site, full-time role requires 5–10 years of creative leadership experience and a Bachelor's degree.

You will drive creative direction and ensure timely delivery of high-quality content. You will oversee planning, production, and reviews, optimize workflows, mentor staff, and coordinate with other departments to meet ambitious project goals in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Creative, Graphic Design, Video Production, Multimedia, or Content Production.
• At least 2–3 years of team management or supervisory experience.
• Experience managing both Graphic Design and Video/Content Production Teams is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of graphic design, video production, and post-production workflows.
• Experience with creative project management and high-volume content production.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
• Experience in E-commerce, Social Media, Digital Marketing, or MCN is an advantage.
